Oak Valley Dr ADU

This project centered on the design and creation of a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) tailored for dual-family living. Our primary objective was to craft a space that functions as a fully independent home while maintaining a cohesive architectural dialogue with the main residence.

Key Design Features:

• Architectural Harmony: The structure was meticulously designed to blend with the existing property, ensuring the new addition feels like a natural extension of the original estate rather than an afterthought.
• Complete Autonomy: Designed for true independence, the unit features its own full-sized kitchen and separate laundry facilities, offering privacy and convenience for extended family members.
• Sustainable Living: The build is fully sustainable, utilizing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems to minimize environmental impact without sacrificing comfort or style.

This ADU represents the perfect balance of proximity and privacy, allowing for shared family moments while respecting the need for individual space.
