5th St Kitchen Remodel

We breathed new life into this early 1900s Spanish-style residence, carefully balancing its historic soul with the demands of contemporary living. Our design philosophy was rooted in preservation; we maintained the home's original architectural charm while seamlessly integrating modern functionality.

The remodel focused on maximizing utility in the existing footprint. We installed a sleek, functional galley kitchen, added a much-needed second bathroom, and incorporated a distinct laundry room to keep daily life organized. To take advantage of the beautiful weather, we also added spacious exterior decks to the back of the house, offering a private retreat that feels like a natural extension of the home.
