Butler CT ADU
For this detached ADU project, our challenge was to create a fully equipped, independent home without expanding the building's footprint. The solution was a vertical addition above the existing garage, proving that you don't need massive square footage to live comfortably.
We focused heavily on intelligent spatial planning, ensuring that the compact interior felt open and inviting. The unit features a full-service kitchen and private laundry, allowing tenants or family members complete separation from the main residence.
Most importantly, this project is a testament to modern sustainability. From energy-efficient fixtures to sustainable building practices, this ADU was designed to leave a light footprint on the earth while providing maximum comfort for its residents.
