Eastlake Dr Deck Remodel

For this remodel, our goal was to bridge the gap between indoor and outdoor living. Originally, the existing deck was isolated, accessible only from the interior of the home. We transformed the flow of the property by designing and installing a new custom staircase, finally providing direct exterior access to the yard below.

This project required precise planning to navigate a strict set of property setback requirements. Despite these spatial constraints, we delivered a design that feels natural rather than forced. Great care was taken to match the materials and architectural style of the original structure, ensuring the new stairs blend perfectly with the existing house look. The result is a functional upgrade that looks like it has been there all along.
