For this newly built detached ADU, our goal was to provide maximum living space without compromising the property’s natural flow. We utilized every inch of the buildable footprint, tailoring the design to fit precisely within the zoning limits. To complete the look, we mirrored the architectural details of the main house, ensuring the new addition feels like it has always been there.

So far Tony has been very easy to work with. Not arrogant or pushy but laid back and agreeable even when the site conditions and code constraints pose challenges. Tony is very good at thinking outside the box and troubleshooting said issues. He also has a good network of consulting engineers to help advise and offer solutions.
