La Placita Addition

This comprehensive transformation reimagines the residential experience by seamlessly blending open-concept living with private luxury. We began by removing restrictive interior walls, effectively merging the kitchen and living areas into a unified, light-filled gathering space. The kitchen was completely revitalized with modern finishes and a layout designed for contemporary functionality. To accommodate the homeowners’ need for space and convenience, we designed and built a spacious master suite addition. This private retreat features a full luxury bath, a dedicated bedroom area, and the added practicality of an en- suite laundry station.
