Maher Dr ADU

This project represents a study in “less is more,” proving that a smaller footprint doesn’t mean compromising on lifestyle. We designed this new, detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to maximize every square foot of space, creating an open, airy environment that feels much larger than its dimensions. Designed for complete autonomy, the unit is a fully self-contained residence featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, and private garage. This ensures that the ADU functions as a truly independent home, preserving privacy for both the main residence and the new tenants. It is the perfect blend of high- efficiency design and investment potential.
