Pelican Ct Addition
As families grow, so does the need for space. For this project, we designed a comprehensive second-story addition to maximize square footage without expanding the building’s footprint. Our goal was to provide the breathing room this family needed while completely revitalizing the home’s curb appeal. The exterior was reimagined with a traditional aesthetic, adding timeless architectural details that make the house feel stately, welcoming, and complete.
